HallCraft have direct links to all major insurers. It is your car and you pay for your insurance, technically it is up to you where your vehicle goes for repair. Your insurer will probably tell you otherwise, challenge this if you are not happy, but be careful insurers are now starting to ‘sneak’ clauses into policies that see your excess double if you do not use a repairer recommended by them!!! Do not let this put you off, call us to discuss your repair, we will be happy to help.
Yes. We can provide a courtesy car free of charge to persons 25 years of age or older who have a current UK driving license and can provide fully comprehensive insurance for the vehicle that has been loaned. Full terms and conditions are available on request.
HallCraft do not currently insure customers to loan vehicles.
You are not obliged (since October 2003) to get your vehicle serviced by a franchise dealer during the warranty period.
However, you do need to be careful, if the car is leased or financed by the manufacturer a clause may be included in your contract that ties you into franchised servicing.
If you own the car this will not apply but you must get it serviced according to the manufacturer’s recommended schedule and criteria using only manufacturer approved parts.
You must also keep records so you can demonstrate to the manufacturer that servicing was undertaken to their requirements.

Our fixed price services were designed by us using years of experience. Both services follow the same 45 point check sheet. The main difference other than the price – is that the B service is the larger service and therefore as well as the engine oil and filter additional items are replaced, these include, spark plugs (if fitted), pollen filter, fuel filter and air filter.
