HallCraft step into 2025 with a fond farewell for a valued member of the team.
ZOE has been a key member of the HallCraft team for four years bringing joy and wonder to our wonderful customers.
Her electrifying personality and charm allowed many to experience a glimpse into the future for the very first time.
She was only supposed to be with us for three years but we just couldn’t let her go – but the time has come to move on.
Zoe of course was a Renault ZOE, our very first fully electric courtesy car.

“It is funny how you become attached to cars but ZOE was our first experience of using an EV daily in the real world and it is really sad to see her go,” explained HallCraft boss James Hopcraft.
“We know electric vehicles are the future and we decided to take the bold step in 2020 and invest in electric vehicles.
“We are keen to do our bit to help the environment and reduce our carbon emissions and it seemed to be the perfect fit.
“We provide free courtesy cars for customers and it made a lot of sense to be able to do that without harming the environment.
“For many, it also provided them with a chance to try an electric vehicle for the first time and the feedback has been fantastic.”

ZOE arrived in early 2020 to coincide with HallCraft’s stunning new look as they unveiled a new logo and stylish branding.
She was dressed in our new-look branding and loaned to customers whilst their car or van was serviced or repaired at HallCraft’s Cradley Heath headquarters.
HallCraft are the leading independent garage in the West Midlands. They provide MOT, service and accident repairs to motorists in Dudley, Stourbridge, Halesowen and Cradley Heath.
As well as supporting private individuals HallCraft also supported privately owned fleets and national lease companies for almost 30 years.
They have a fleet of courtesy cars to keep motorists on the road and, whilst ZOE has moved on her replacement will be arrviing soon.
