HallCraft has ambitious expansion plans for 2024 – and wants you to join the team.
Cradley Health’s leading independent garage has grown from strength to strength over the past 12 months with customer demand at an all-time high.
Now Managing Director James Hopcraft wants to add three new members to the team to kick-start the New Year and that is just the start.
HallCraft wants to recruit two technicians, including a specialist Jaguar Land Rover technician and an MOT tester with immediate effect.
HallCraft Are Hiring
James said: “We have enjoyed a very successful last 12 months and we are incredibly busy and we now need to expand to cope with demand.
“We have worked tirelessly to provide our customers with a first-class service and the feedback has been incredible but we need more hands on deck to ensure that service level continues to improve.
“HallCraft has specialist Jaguar Land Rover, Audi, and BMW technicians providing the same great service as main dealers and using the same approved parts, the only difference is the price.
“Our customers have made huge savings coming to us without having to compromise on quality and that has been crucial during the cost of living crisis.
“We offer a fixed price serving structure for customers which means they know exactly what the cost of their service will be and that there won’t be any nasty surprises.
“This has been particularly popular when it comes to servicing Land Rover, Jaguar, BMW, and Mercedes with motorists coming to us from across the West Midlands and saving themselves huge amounts.
“So, we now need to expand the team and are looking to bring in three new team members with immediate effect.”

Holiday Allowance

“We regularly update our range of diagnostic tools and equipment and support our team with fully funded training to support their individual growth.
“And, they NEVER have to work on a Saturday ensuring good quality family and free time for our entire team.
“Aside from the three roles we have mentioned here, we are always on the lookout for promising talent and would encourage anyone interested to send over their CV for future consideration.”
