HallCraft have reopened following the Covid-19 lockdown with a safe key drop system.

The team have been working hard to transform HallCraft’s stunning repairs centre into Covid-19 safe zone.

We have created a safe key drop system which allows customers to safely deliver their vehicle without needing to physical interact with our staff.

This includes a sanitised socially distanced area and time slots for customers to arrive to ensure safe spaces for clients.

HallCraft Managing Director James Hopcraft, said: “It has been hard work but its been well worth the effort to ensure everyones safety.

“The system works very well. Timed slots allows customers to drop their car, enter the offices one-at-a-time and drop their keys.

“Our team remain behind screens for your safety and ours and, once the area is clear, will collect your key, sanitise it, and then our technicians can get on with the work.

“They will sanitise all touching points including door handles, steering wheels, gearsticks and the like and a covers will be fitted to protect your vehicle.

“Once the work is complete, the vehicle will receive a courtesy valet, the customers will be contacted by a member of our team who will take payment over the phone and a time will be allocated for the customer to collect.

‘They key will be sanitised and left with a copy of the invoice at the allocated time for the customer to collect and drive away.”
