HallCraft Managing Director James Hopcraft, said: “We are delighted for Jamie and Dale, they’ve worked really hard for this and it’s right their efforts should be rewarded.
“Electric vehicles are the future and as they become more affordable they are becoming more common place and that means more demand from our customers.
“We have always been proud to seek new knowledge and invest in latest techniques and technology and our technicians are always seeking to push themselves.
“Jamie and Dale had previously secured their levels 1, 2 & 3 and wanted to push themselves further and Level 4 is the highest accolade.
“They impressed during an intensive week long training course completing practical assessments, oral and written assessments and passed with flying colours.”
The qualification has been developed by IMI in conjunction with electric vehicle manufacturers, the health and safety executive, training providers and the IMI Sector Skills Council.
